Allergy Cow’s Milk

January 27th, 2010 Posted in Child sleep disorder Tags:

Disease may be one reason why your child wakes up at night. Often are the symptoms so obvious that you can see the connection between illness and awakening. Perhaps the most common cause is eczema itching during the night. Infections of the nose or ear are also a common reason that your child wakes during the night. Allergy to cow’s milk is more difficult to detect. The only symptom except that the child wakes up at night is that the child is in a bad mood during the day. If your child is always petulant, chances are that the child is allergic to cow’s milk. You should avoid giving your baby milk for at least a week. You should also avoid all products containing milk. If the mother is breastfeeding the child also the mother should avoid dairy products. If the child becomes less petulant, you should ask your doctor for a diagnosis.
